Reliability. 3stepIT has a good and clear platform, the asset register, that serves both IT and finance professionals. The platform provides excellent visibility into IT equipment and its lifecycle, and it is easy to get various reports and forecasts. 3stepIT provides a safe, data secured and reliable recycling process as well as a good refund for devices that are reused.

 How does your partnership with 3stepIT help you to grow your business? 

 

It is possible to integrate various systems into the asset platform, which ensures that the information is up to date. User IDs can be created for different user groups with easy financial reporting tools which helps with forecasting and growth. Thus, 3stepIT enables us to handle larger customers while also helping our customers to grow.

 How does your ability to offer Lifecycle and ITAD services improve your customer relation and the “stickiness” of your customer? 

 

It helps gain visibility into our customers' IT equipment and enables us to set up lifecycle services to keep our customers' IT fresh and up to date. When everything works, there is no reason for the customer to change partner.

 How important is sustainability for your company and how does your relationship with 3stepIT help you achieve your sustainability objectives? 

 

Sustainable development is the mindset of today, and saving the environment is extremely important. Our customers, like us, are committed to various ISO standards, so recycling and modern ways of ensuring sustainably are important. 3stepIT also provides detailed CO2-reports for each recovered device.
